Free Printable Rosary of Roses Colouring for Kids
In this post I will be sharing my interactive Rosary of Roses Colouring Pages for praying with your Catholic kids.
Does your family like to pray the Rosary together?

Our family has a devotion to the Rosary. One of the things that helped us most when we were instituting our family Rosary time was Rosary colouring pages.
We would let the kids colour the mysteries of the Rosary while we prayed together in the living room. We found this to be really helpful for them calming down their bodies to pray and meditate on the mysteries of the Holy Rosary.
If you are new here, welcome! I’m a homeschool, homebirth, homemade mom of 5 boys. Check out my about page to meet me and my family.
My Rosary Free Printables
I know that many of you have enjoyed my Rosary Workbook printable. It is a useful resource for teaching children all about the Holy Rosary.
I like to have free resources available for families to encourage them in their prayer time!
Another printable that I have made is the Gift of the Rosary card. This is a fun and unique idea I thought of because our children like to do spiritual bouquets.
Here is how it works: When you want to give the gift of praying a Rosary for someone, for example in a spiritual bouquet, you can have your child colour the card as they pray and then give the card as a tangible sign of the spiritual reality!

Ideas for How to Use the Rosary of Roses
Another idea I have is maybe a bit for the younger crowd. It is the idea that each prayer of the Rosary is like a rose in a basket. As your family prays each decade, you can have a child bring each rose to the basket.
This printable can be used as a colouring page, or you can also laminate the roses and keep them to use on an ongoing basis.
I think it would be a really nice way of making a poster-board rosary as well. This would be a great way to pray the Rosary together in a classroom. Let me know if you do this!
I designed this printable with versatility in mind. This could be used in a family home, a classroom setting, for catechesis, as a gift like a spiritual bouquet, or for the elderly.
